A Few Villas,Looked After Properly.

Owner-run, on one stretch of the southern coast, by people who live five minutes away.

The stair and courtyard planting at a Naya villa in Ahangama

Naya began with one house behind the coast road at Ahangama, taken apart and put back together over two years. The second followed on the beach. Four more are coming, slowly, in the same few lanes.

We are not a hotel group. There is no front desk and no brand standard to meet — only houses we would want to stay in ourselves, kept clean, quiet and ready, by people who live a few minutes away.

Everything else — a driver to the airport, a table at the place with the good crab, a surf guide who knows which reef works on the tide — is a message away.

Few Houses

Six, and no more than six. Small enough that the same people look after all of them.

Built From What Is Here

Local stone, old teak, lime plaster, and craftspeople from the villages around us.

Nobody Hovering

Housekeeping in the morning, a phone number for everything else, and the rest of the day left alone.
